The company requires at a minimum a full ATP and 2000 hours total, 1000 of which is PIC.

I would imagine of the 100 or so people hired since the new contract, the number hired with less than 3000 hours is very small.

2000TT is probably the lowest time that Omni will consider for a new hire First Officer, based on the upgrade requirement. This helps with stability and prevention of creative loophole grievances with the seniority list as people upgrade.

Last New Hire class had pilots with no 135/121 experience to previous 747 Captains.
