Maybe that’s why the vacancy is so tiny... they’re really not going to get that much movement going with only 48 upgrades.

I doubt there will even be 48 upgrades. They won’t backfill some of the secondary vacancies most likely.

Quote: The word that we got was one 8710 for each limitation, so we did two forms. The first form was submitted with logbook pages for 61.167, and the second form was submitted with FT-SOE for the PIC type limitation. Check with your DPE about whether an electronic copy of the FT-SOE form would work.
No, just one 8710 for multiple limitation removals. In the top right, check limitation removal then list which ones where it says specify. More than 1 8710 will drive the examiner nuts, he will just tell you to add them all to 1 8710 and list all them under “specify”

Quote: I've been told by multiple people that the company won't remove the restriction at recurrent; only at upgrade.

I thought Delta just required ATP eligible not an actual ATP (though they do require the written)

I have heard recently of a guy who went to a DPE after the company said no and got the restrictions removed for like $100.

Your mileage may vary.
IF you get an APD for your LOE, they might remove it. Hint...don’t wait until after the debrief to ask. Anyways Odds are you will get a PCA though especially once hiring ramps up.

PCP’s only do CQLOE’s. Because the upgrade/initial LOE often has a new hire FO getting their ATP/Type it’s an APD’s job.

8 brand new CR9s being constructed for us with serial numbers between 15478 and 15493. Possibly the last CRJs to ever be built so be nice to them.

Also, historically speaking, brand new planes generate loads of MELs. Be forewarned.

Since we are talking about people already employed here, I figured CQ LOE was implied . Point being if it’s a slow hiring spell, you might get an APD for recurrent. Once hiring ramps up, APDs are busy with initials, and you will most likely get a PCP for recurrent.
