Did skypest get it or did they move us to the middle of an industrial park with nothing but a gas station and a van that only goes to and from the airport?

I was told I needed by restriction removed before I could be interviewed.

Feel free to PM if you have more questions.
On the 8710, what boxes need to be filled in? I feel like this can be done completely wrong if you don't do it the right way. Thanks.

I've been told by multiple people that the company won't remove the restriction at recurrent; only at upgrade.

I thought Delta just required ATP eligible not an actual ATP (though they do require the written)

I have heard recently of a guy who went to a DPE after the company said no and got the restrictions removed for like $100.

Your mileage may vary.

The steps that we took, according to instructions from the PWM FSDO:

- The certificate is ATP.
- The request is limitation removal... specify the specific limitation on the form.
- Leave Part II blank.
- Fill in Parts III and IV.
- The DPE certifies that they've reviewed your logbook and/or training record.
- The appropriate attachments are selected on the form and included.

I'm still waiting on the plastic certificate. The FAA hasn't made it to 8710s from my date yet. If any of the above changes, then I'll send an update.

Delta doesn't require an unrestricted ATP to apply, but United does.

$100 is what I was told to expect for an hour's worth of time. We ended up only taking half an hour, so it cost me $50. Show up prepared and save more than just time, I guess.
