I am in the interviewing stages for Mesa/Envoy/SkyWest.

If I get an offer from SkyWest, what is the chance a DFW based CRJ slot would be open? I am not sure if it is okay to show that type of preference in the interviews. I picked those three regionals because I live in Metro DFW so living in base (as bidding allows) is highly desirable.

Thanks!

DFW historically hasn't been awarded right away, but usually before too long. Within a couple months of hitting the line. Skywest's AA contracts are pretty solid and look to continue to grow. Mesa is a dumpster fire that stays at gross hotels and defers all their maintenance problems. Envoy isnt terrible, and not sure how junior their DFW base is. I'd say get in the first class between Skywest and Envoy.

Save that attitude for everyday of your entire career. You’ll do well.
Nice.

Most junior DFW FO October 5 seniority.
Most junior DFW CP October 10 2019 seniority. Remember, you’ll probably upgrade.

Remember that link.

I started indoc in Sept, and had a friend start at Envoy around the same time. Finished IOE end of December, just got awarded DFW for March. Spent Jan in MSP and Feb in IAH, 2 months of commuting not too bad. Friend at Envoy has been in ORD since late December and got DFW awarded for May, as they do transfers only once per quarter. Don't go to Mesa unless its the only CJO you get.

Got a week till LOE then beginning the long wait for IOE before heading to ORD

What's the current reserve time estimates for fresh meat at ORD and what's the best place to find that info for the future?

Go to bid transparency on SWOL and see where you are compared to the last line holder.
Count up that many people on the base seniority list and then see when they were hired.

Good thing about sitting IOE for so long, I havent even started IOE yet and I am already almost halfway up the totem pole in ORD. so my guess is we wont be sitting too long.
