Future app compatibility? Maybe we’re gonna get dynamic airport maps or whatever FD pro calls it. Don’t know what it’s called but I’ve seen it on delta mainline. It’s awesome.

Current iPads are on a 3 year schedule to replace them. They were issued in December 2018, so it is time for the new ones. Company is giving the pilots the option of purchasing the 6th gen we currently have for $165, instead of turning it in. Maybe they will have enough of the same color 9th gen for everyone. New hires were getting white or the rose gold recently.

Nah, I’d rather get paid the price of a new ipad, but I’m sure there’s a good reason for the upgrades.

Airport Moving Map. We use it at United too and you're correct, it's pretty awesome.
