There is a 18 month pro-rate period. If you leave the company within that time frame you have to pay back. Chief pilots have spares available.

Any idea how much the cost then is for em? I mean since they will be mandatory I wont really have a choice.. It would seem also that once you get one then you own it if we have to pay back the cost if we leave
