Nah you can return them at any time. If you choose not to return them then you have to pay the pro rate

That is not true. Only during the first 90 days of issue. Read the agreement with the company.

They are being rolled out domicile by domicile. I know they have them all in Utah, they are being configured by IT.

Yeah I did.

Within 90 days or
The EFB is returned in “good” condition or better based on the
criteria below.
3) Actual condition descriptions:
a) Excellent – The EFB may have minimal signs of wear, but looks
almost like new and is fully functional.
b) Good – The EFB may have moderate signs of wear, but no major
cosmetic defects and is fully functional.
4) Pilots who do not return the EFB upon separation will reimburse the
Company a prorated fee based upon the reimbursement table below.

They were being tested in slc. That's why you saw them there. They aren't being rolled out until the end of the month.

They are being more than just tested. Some domiciles already have them.

Hmm. I got an email Thursday night from employment standards giving me my employee number as well as info on how to access the website and CBT's. Maybe they go down a list and haven't gotten to you yet?
