Most jr FO in PHX has been with the company 13mos
Most jr in TUS has 7 mos.
To give some perspective, we have 3266 pilots. I was hired 20 mos ago, and I have 650 junior to me. They have been hiring 30/month since I was hired, and it seems they will keep hiring between 15-30/month for the foreseeable future.
The most junior in PHX is 2891/3266. PHX has 59 FOs based there. (Small base)
The most junior in TUS is 3057/3266. TUS has 19 FOs based there. (Miniature base)
There are 71 on the "waiting list" for PHX, and 37 for TUS.
Use the info to figure it out for yourself, but that should give you enough for an educated guess.

I expect it to be raised to 1500 (ATP mins) long before Aug...like in a month or two.
They don't want to hire someone who is below ATP mins, train them, and then have to bring them back for an ATP ride a couple months later. Also a new hire will likely be on reserve and may fly as little as 0-20 hours/month...do the math.

ATP mins required now to attend class.

How big of an impact does ATP written score have on the interview or getting hired? Do they not care as long as it's score of 70?
I'm studying for the written right now and I can go to local flight school to take the test or go to ATP flight school on their 1 day cramp course. I assume the cramp course is designed to get you to simply just pass.

Actually...in professional aviation it is kind of expected that you will score mid-90's or better. Low 90's would be OK, but low 70's might make people wonder. Since the answers are known, there's no excuse. I doubt they would reject you based on ATP test score alone, but that might trigger some in-depth probing of 121 FAR knowledge at the interview.
Any reasonable amount of effort combined with a prep course should get you in the 90's.

Wrong! Scored do not matter to work for skw or any other carrier for that matter. Once you have an atp certificate, the scores become irrelevant. There are no people out there wondering about your ATP scores. Those who wonder are usually the ones that surf APC on hourly basis.
But the guy asking the question sounded like he needed to take the written for an interview...if you're interviewing for a 121 job where you will be taking an ATP checkride during training, it would be safe to assume that a low written score would raise their interest.
Always depends on the interviewer, but at SKW a score in the 70's will probably get you some in depth probing. If I were a non-ATP interviewing for a job that I really wanted and my ATP written score was in the 70's I would re-take it. Any of the test-prep systems will get you mid 90's.
