My guess is msp or ORD. Both are adding FOs in November and December ( 7 to msp and 10 to ORD). Lots of movement planned too so should get msp fairly quickly if that's what you want.

How far into training do they assign bases?

What percentage of people that interview with Skywest are getting hired? Is it as low as the other regionals?
Do they pay for your airfare and hotel to the interview?
For those who've interviewed recently, are they treating you with professional courtesy, or are they rude?
Also, the only place I've heard they are hiring is here. The website shows that they are not hiring pilots. Can anyone politely speak to this?

I'm a skywest newbie but our bases were assigned just after the regular monthly domicile award, in the 1st week of the month prior to the domicile change taking place.
Since my class started about a week into the month (i.e. before we got to bid) that meant we got our base assignments a full month later while in sim.

Classes of 20 have been happening at 4-week intervals since early July. A new one starts tomorrow.

The interview team right now is almost the same as its been for the past two years. When I interviewed with them they were extremely courteous and fun to interview with. They give you a full debrief at the end with the things they both liked and disliked and they give you a good idea of whether you'll get an offer or not. That's a lot more than I got from other airlines I interviewed with.
They pay for the flight to SLC. They don't pay for the hotel but they do give you a list of hotels where you can get the discounted crew rate. I believe I paid $65 for mine.
