Whats the story with required multi time? The website is saying they only need 50 multi (as per ATP mins.) But I think I've heard that the actual requirement for SKW is 100 multi.

What kind of times are people getting hired with? Would I have a shot with 1600TT and 65 multi?

Oh man, thx for the heads up. I guess things do move a little quicker than I thought. I was just figuring ground school and sims would be 2 months just due to sim availability, but I guess it's running smoother than I thought. That's good to hear.

not a problem. I'm in the bro, not sure how the RJ times are running. I am finishing ground school and starting sim 2 days later. we have some guys in our class going to sim 2 weeks after ground school (availability) so it does vary a little bit and seniority goes a long way.

in either case, the wait is paid so not a big deal

Quick question for the CRJ people, do you just focus on the just the 200 in initial ground school/systems and then have a differences class later on, or do you learn all 3 variants at once? Just curious as to which limitations/memory items I should focus more on right now(I am studying all three however I would like to stress only one right now if that's the case.)

Just the 200 then you come back at a later date for 700/900 differences training

Great, thx Jet. How long after do you come back for that typically?

Within a couple of weeks, I think I flew one IOE trip on the 200 after my training, then came back for differences training. Then finished up the rest of my IOE

It can vary. I did my differences training 2 days after the systems test before I had flown any IOE trips. Some people get through all of IOE on the 200 before going to differences. I think it just has to do with class and sim availability.

Are you a short call or long call reserve?( I assume SkyWest has long call?)

I started class on December 31st and my last IOE trip for the 700 was on March 13th. Just some real world numbers for you. I'm short call right now, I haven't really bid yet tho. I've had bigger fish to fry thus far than learning PBS (SkyWest's bidding system), looks like a nightmare to figure out! Now that I'm a little bit settled in that's next on my list.
