Where did I ever say I was entitled? That's your incorrect assumption. All I stated was that I wasn't hired and I found it amusing, that's all. I have a job and thankfully it's not flying around in clapped out CRJ's and E120's that are probably older than you are. Lighten up Francis...

Don't know if this will make you feel better, but you're hardly the only one! My good friend was turned down a couple months ago who is 121 current and a good pilot. I'm sure they told you in the debrief what they liked/didn't like.. At least they do that. Good luck to ya!

Well, in my interview group only 2 out of 6 guys made it. They turned down a naval aviator with previous 121 experience, plus a few other guys with 4K+ hours. When meeting those gentlemen and hearing of their quals, I figured everyone would get an offer. Not so.
(Moral of the story: practice, practice, practice in a Frasca, if you can, before showing up.)

Moral of the story is, SkyWest is sick of getting the prior 121's of the word current again only for them to bail in 6 months.

They don't care about your type rating or experience at Skywest. It's a regional job. They could teach a CFI to be an E175 FO just as easily if not more easily than they could teach you. What they care about in the interview is your attitude and whether they could stand to fly a 4 day trip with you. It sounds like you failed that part. Sorry.
