Dude is a textbook sociopath. Do a search of his recent posting history and you can see that he devotes most of his Internet bandwidth trolling a certain regional's thread as opposed to productively participating in his own company's thread. I'd much rather see airlines that at least make half an effort to treat it's enoloyees with a shred of respect have respectable upgrade times. As opposed to the bottom feeder pyramid schemes rope more dummy's into their web with false promises convincing them to work for even less than the average regional pilot is paid (which is a total joke to begin with).
