I'm the first to admit my jacka$$ antics of acting like a young twenty yr old. You don't have the slightest clue as to why I left Horizon either and I'm not about to explain it here. I never claim or act like im on a high horse.

There is no unity here at SKW if you work for us go read the Sapa boards that'll explain everything.

There's a pretty high turnover rate currently. The people lying in the bed aren't the ones who made it for the most part.
In the short year I've been here I've flown with a majority of Captains and met dozens of FO's who all laugh at unions and thought it was so awesome how they got free lunches during the union drives. It's funny because some of what's going on right now would be totally avoidable had there been a union on property. Remember I've been a union pilot before so I can at least speak with some certainty unlike many here, but hey I'm glad the free Heides sandwiches in DEN was worth it.

Mod Note #268

Ok everyone, take it easy there with the "scab" word and its meaning and proper usage.

And quit the name calling or the calling out of people.

And stop disguising profanity with misspellings or use of symbols. You know like sh!t or jacka$$.

I can care less about it CFI rides at a FSDO are tough it's had no bearing on my ability to pass multiple new hires and types at the airline.

Scabs get what they deserve.

I wouldn't call them scabs since nobody flew struck work but there can be similar thought processes between the two.

Flying is taken away from other airlines and given to them because they are not unionized. Seems a lot like struck work to me. They put other pilots out of a job because they refuse to join them in a union.

By that definition PSA and PDT should be scabs too since they're taking Eagle flying. He'll every regional pilot is a scab then.
