Voting in a raise for the first 4 years of FO would be about as stupid as voting in a raise for a plane that is going away in 18 months. So I won't be surprised if it happens.
We have some leverage but we won't use it to our advantage. Simply because our EB has no idea on what issues we face on the line. After seeing how much the reflow policy was pushed, I expect the effort to be focused on new guys coming in.
I would vote yes if we simply put something that required minimum reserves and JR man pay for any day that was below those numbers. How's that reserve proffering coming along? And a bonus if we fired J.O. and A.S. We should be focusing on QOL increases. I am preparing myself to be less than impressed.

I can see a lot of merit with your argument, I'm a no vote unless your longevity gets the highest pay raise.

What are the odds that SAPA looks at it and decides not to send it to the pilot group? Less than 0%?

Anything that pits one demographic of pilots against another is always a big mistake. And one that I see SAPA make over and over again.

Just an FYI, at xjt, if they don't have a minimum of 10% reserve coverage, not only do pilots get 150/200% pay and restored day off for a "reflow" but they also get a vacation day for each day they are reflowed.

I'm thinking it will include a small 401k increase. Some slight increase to First year FO pay, which we essentially have already through the sign on bonus. And some worthless change to our performance rewards.

It's really nice to see appreciative "team players" such as yourself...
