I believe you get the performance bonus after a year of service, and the financial bonus after 2 years of service. See the PPM for the specifics. The financial this time was substantial even on FO pay!

What was the bonus on March 11th? I received a pilot bonus check that day for a few hundred dollars. I am under a year of employment. Just don't know if that was the performance bonus of financial bonus... This one that came out this week was financial bonus correct?

Who is getting bonuses with less than 1 year at the company? If you can get a performance bonus with less than 1 year at the company, what is the trigger to get it?

1. Profit Sharing (Pilots only): Paid twice a year, newhires eligible but pro-rated based on credit earned. Not sure if you had to be employed for the entire six month period on which the profit share is calculated. Based on formal finance reporting.
2. Performance Rewards: Paid quarterly, must be > one year. Based on operational metrics. 3. Financial Rewards: Paid quarterly, must be > 2 years. Based on formal finance reporting. 2 & 3 show up together on the same bonus check. So you get six bonus checks/year, 2x PPS, 4x quarterly rewards. |
DTW is official
"Many of you have already noticed that we have taken on additional flying for Delta out of Detroit (DTW) as one competitor has been unable to meet their commitments there. As a result, we’ll add DTW to our list of crew domiciles beginning in July, which should improve our network efficiency, particularly from our Minneapolis hub."

Weird, Frontier pilots vote to get rid of FAPA for ALPA. They will be the 31st pilot group to join ALPA. Good to see another group find their kahonas
