Has there been any word or rumors what so ever about negotiations?

I would put absolutely zero hope of anything substantial coming from negotiations. And it’s really not negotiations, it’s more like SAPA and the training department tell the pilot group how this industry leading 1% is the best!!!!

That’s all fine and dandy until they can’t staff the airline.

SAPA and company have had several meet-ups when originally that wasn't going to be the case.

I'm still not optimistic.

They will continue to fill classes. The question is when will they get tired of wasting training dollars and resources on pilots who have to chance on making it to the line.

Besides the last update from RJ a few days ago, not that I'm aware of. Pay comparison discussions are being focused around Republic and Endeavor. I'll be interested to see in a couple months what RJ brings to the table...

Right now we are at a net loss of -2 pilots for March. They can fill the class, but can't keep them around.
