Got it, thanks. 11 is the min days off for both reserve and line holders, as well, correct? Thanks, I appreciate the info as I try to decide on which offer to take.

12 for reserve. 13 days off for reserve on a 31 day month.

Really? Wow. That's solid. I didn't realize it was 12 or 13 days off for reserve. Great stuff, thank you.

Anybody know when the domicile vacancy report award is finalized?

Well.... the PPM states within 72 hours of closing. So sometime around there...ish...if it's done.

5 per year. Same for seniors and new hires. They are awarded by seniority. You need to request them (via Skedplus+) before the 1st day of the month priot to the month you want them. Pretty much gives you an extra day off. If you are on reserve and the golden day falls on a day of reserve, you can either take that extra day off, but 4:12 hours will be taken from your user/vacation bank, or move the reserve day to another day in that bid period (this has to be requested before the 24th of the month prior). Sucks when you are on reserve, as a line holder it gets better.

No. Not an extra day of at all. A golden day just forces the system to give you your normal day(s) off on a specific day(s).

You cannot use them on a holiday, or day before or day after.

They are useful, to ensure you get important days off (kids bday, anniversary, etc) as long as they don't fall on a holiday.

oh yes drunk at the helm. cant wait for how this will come down on the rest of us

Im thinking nice job of the crew to not say anything or do anything. Granted .04 in allot of people is basically a beer so whose to say what was what. Being from Utah they also probably had no idea what a beer was either

They are not seniority based, but first come first served. Scheduling also will not send out an email of when they are avaliable. They are avaliable for the whole year as well. If you want days off for an event in may, you can ask as soon as the master vacation bid is posted.

Well on the bright side, looks like another spot will open up in SLC.
