DTW is very junior.

For new hires just starting ERJ class, will they be subject to low seniority for a LONG time? Being that they are doubling the fleet, won't the more senior people jump the fence?

You'll have people transitioning from the crj but they also are going to keep hiring into the 175 so I wouldn't be worried about it. You would probably move up faster on the crj but it will still be good on the erj.

Okay, are all of Skywest's bases ERJ bases? If someone wanted to be in Detroit while flying the ERJ, or say Chicago, would they be able to get those bases?

No not all have both. Both Chicago and Detroit have CRJ but no ERJs in Detroit

Will Detroit eventually get ERJ's? And how much flying can a new hire do in the ERJ? If someone just wants to work all the time is there a base that has plenty of flying? Thanks!

He doesn't write anything, Corp Comm is the mouthpiece for all communications since before he took the helm.

Possibly but unlikely, delta is maxed on scope we'd have to take flying from someone. If dtw is what you want CRJ is the only way to go, most CRJ bases have significant open time.

Anything but ORD will surely get you 60 hours + after a couple of months.
