There's a reason companies like Mesa are offering these huge bonuses. Looks good until you're actually there or even worse, the wheels stop turning again and you're stuck there.

Yeah I was told the E gates weren't going until that terminal was built. It's not even supposed to be done until 2019 the board says.

They will say what they always say, "we can't pay you guys more". They say that while they expand, build hangars, etc. etc.
The top quality Regional, the god of the Regionals has now one of the worst compensation package for their pilots in the Regional industry. That plus no respect for the Pilot policy manual makes it a great regional to work for if you drink the koolaid.
