Yup. Really don't wan't to be the "cycled uphill to school both ways" guy, but saying this is the hardest hiring environment EVAR is a bit much.

Of course there is at the hotel you’ll be staying at, not on company property.

Like I said , good on you let’s keep the expectations down. 38 percent will vote for anything, just need 12 percent more

Let’s not forget we are the only airline that gets premium pay. No other airline get more than straight pay , We are industry leading .

I feel like I am talking to a 3 digit N Dallas 40 guy .

No. I didn’t know that parking wasn’t paid for. I didn’t know that there were no commutable lines. I didn’t know that being released a few hours early from reserve if you weren’t going to be used took an act of congress. Like most job seekers I looked at things like pay rates, days off, retirement contributions. I didn’t do a deep dive into ancillaries that are industry standard because I just assumed that being industry standard meant they would exist at SW too.

Not saying paid parking, uniform maintenance, 21st century bidding software, long call reserve, release till report etc would’ve changed my mind about applying, but to say that job seekers know all that in the weeds stuff is a wild assumption.
