Figured we would hear something about an AIP today if the board is going to meet Monday to talk about it. Stalked my rep’s board and he still has union leave starting Sunday so who knows.

How much do you think would be enough? The rumored rates are lower than the 75/76 rates for sure but higher than 737-10/a320. Before the raises at the other 3 we were stuck at 737-700 rates.

I personally hope to match 75/76 rates

So I looked at Deltas pay tables (2024) and the rumored pay rates appeared to match the 757 pay band on the FO side, at least. I used the 1.149 conversion factor and could be terribly wrong. Where doesn’t it match?

I'd heard a bit more than 737-900 pay on the CA side and around 757 pay on the FO side.....guessing to make up for career earnings loss due to longer upgrade time. Was hoping for 757 pay on both sides, but will have to see what the rest of it looks like (disability, per diem, soft pay, NEC, etc)

Im getting screen grabs of the captain side now from their contract to compare against the rumors. At least for FOs, it matches or exceeds across the board for the 2024 757 pay rates.

Makes sense if they want to attract and retain FOs.
