None of you know what happened in the negotiating room and who gave up what. If the company wants to right the FO pay scale, then so what? "We are 12 year captains longer than we are FOs" is such a lame excuse to treat half of our pilots like crap. We don't have multiple planes to fly with multiple pay scales. Having our FOs who can't upgrade make a decent wage is crucial since they don't have the choice to bid to a captain seat or big equipment like their peers. We are all in this together, and nobody is stealing anybody else's pay. It's about time the FO B scale got fixed.
I know it's hard for some of you, but maybe hearken back to the days of being a junior guy trying to pay the bills. And pick up the tab every now and then. It won't kill you.
Then make it the same percentages as the OAL. Simple! What a joke! CAs should be on 75 scale or better then fix the percentages. Why is that so hard to comprehend. That’s SWAs problem!

Company paid life insurance 800k

2.5% bonus each year we go without a new contract ratified

ELITT across months, opens on 23rd, ELITT out to 2 days instead of 4

VPF goes away turns into voluntary double time

JA gives you a Personal net zero (PNZ) to drop any day regardless of DTC

Split to cover is almost completely eliminated

“Extended delay pay” 1 TFP for an extended delay within a pairing. No 1:1 duty rig pay after 10 hours.

Retro was big. Totaled 29% I believe, with 23% in 2023. Can’t remember the other numbers.

5 year contract

Crew meal pay 20$ for flights over 4 hours

per diem goes to IRS maximum

Theyre stuck in implementation right now trying to get training bidding implemented. Company wants to push it late into the contract like 2027

There was a hard duty limit stop. Think it was 12 hours. 13.5 if there’s a deadhead.

That’s all I can remember for right now…

Those rumored pay rates that look like they’re made in excel are actually real. They’re within a dollar of the actual rates.
What do you mean retro totaled 29%. Was it 29% for 2023 with other percentages 20,21 and 22?

Dont wanna say too much. Leave some for the announcement on Tuesday. I suspect that’s when it’ll come out personally

Curious what the definition of “extended duty” is and if it’s paid per day sorta like an engine run is per instance.

I don't care that the FOs are getting paid 757 rates. I care that in probably the best negotiating environment in aviation history the company decided that one pilot gets 757 rates and the other gets 737 rates.

BOTH PILOTS SHOULD BE GETTING 757 RATES!

SWA pilots have been told that they fly 737s so that the best they can get on pay rates. I guess that was a lie since half the cockpit will now get 757 rates. BOTH pilots can and should get 757 rates so why did that not happen?
