Make sure you are using the snap up rates for Delta. 24’ rate would be $325.81 for CA TFP.
Delta is $374.36/hr. I had heard our year 1-3 rates are at or slightly exceed 75 rates. The company wanted that.

Good point! Our CA TFP comes in over the 900 rates but under 757 rates. So it generally seems that FO rates are above, CA rates below.

Sounds just like the last time when everyone got 15% snap-up, and the first year guys got 35% at company's request no less.

I'm not even mad FO's are getting a bigger slice of the pie. Hell.....Yr 1-5 was behind when we ratitified in 2016 and even more so now. And that demographic is where the attrition bleed is coming from. As long as the top end is above OAL 737/320 pay AND we get excellent disability paid 100% with all the soft pay adds....I'd be pretty happy. All speculation anyway until they nail down a implementation schedule.

We need career earnings to be on par with OALs for the typical newhire, which these days is often 25 yrs old.

I'm betting you did NOT mean that Captain pay could be Delta 737 + $1 but it could be misconstrued that way.

In order to truly match career earnings we probably need a blend of significantly higher pay rates and retirement contributions.

Latest SWAPA email sounds like no deal is coming soon . Not surprising coming from a company that hates pilots .

Confusing language, could go both ways.
