So you guys/gals that are complaining about losing transition conflict and saying you can make more money because of a conflict, tell me what % of the pilot groups get a conflict EVERY SINGLE month? Cause these new pay rate you get EVERY SINGLE month! You don't have to play games anymore to make more money.

Assuming APC's numbers are correct, a top United captain is making $264/hour. And according to our AIP a top Spirit captain DOS+4 with your A321 override you would be making $264/hour as well. Am I missing something here?

APC also doesn’t represent the 3% Jan 2018. They also get 4% on Jan 2019.
Small but they also get 5% per diem increases even past the amendable date
Our offer doesn’t give us a raise on the amendable date. Last raise is dos+4
