You seem pretty special yourself. And I'm sure this B6 guy wants 100% relative seniority also... I bet he even said he didn't mind giving up his future seniority progression, because being 3% is no better than 20% anyway right?

See I would say 3000% is pretty substantial.
So being 10 on the list is 10x better than being #1 on the list? You are making it too complicated. Top 20% of any seniority list will do just fine. Guys crying because they won't retire #1, thinking they would grow organically, laughable.

Seniority will not be decided by you or anyone else involved in this merger. Arguing on the internet won’t help anyone. Let’s focus on the JCBA.

Outside opinion*

With what B6 is building at JFK's T-6, all international FIS widebody gates. One can reasonably deduce B6 will have widebodies on property by 2026.

Being in the top 1% will matter at that point.

That’s a far far outside opinion, but thanks for playing. They will be up to their ears in narrow body aircraft that they won’t be able to staff. Leveraged from the debt to buy Spirit outright. And then someone says “let’s buy wide bodies to further complicate things”

They are paying more for 9 widebody gates (4bn) than all of spirit (3.6bn).

At this point a dozen WB will be the cheap part. 330neos are about 90 million. You don't spend that much money to go 70% of the way and quit. Especially with the NYPA invested. They will want assurances their money isn't wasted.

Based on what Putin is building in Eastern Europe, one could also reasonably assume that by 2026 there will have been a nuclear war and the cockroaches will be the only thing left. You guys think too much.

So show me the math where your number 10 ends as number 300 because we use relative seniority. If anything, your top 50 is better off with RS over DOH...

You are dismissive of that, which is ironical, because if the shoe were on the other foot, you would be the first to point it out mathematically and argue why it was unacceptable. Your nature is obvious.

I can't think of any reason you would be commuting to JFK, so spare me the drama.
If you had taken the time to actually read what I posted, I said straight RS would be a windfall for the NK pilots.
As far as my "nature", i would definitely not expect RS if DL or AA bought us, but F9 or JB, yeah, I honestly think RS should be a large part.
And no drama, just facts, NK has more bases than JB, and JBs smallest base is the only one east of MCO, so I do expect a very large percentage of the NK group to have to relocate or commute.

I have seen several posts here with people throwing absolutely incorrect percentages around, have replied, but have yet to see a single reply that has actual numbers.
