Haha. Well of course they are focusing to a return to profit. As opposed to what, forecasting on losing another $1.6B?

And since we are at it, DAL lost $700mil. But insider sources report that they and focusing to a return to profit as well.

Thank you. If people in the bottom 2/3 of the NK seniority list don't understand this, God help them. I likely hold more NK shares than most anyone on this board, and I'll leave you to guess which way I hope this vote goes....

Who said you had to commute to JFK/BOS? Those bases are already full and not going to grow. The spirit capacity up there would be shifted elsewhere. If you’re assuming your seniority would be hurt in a JetBlue integration you are purely speculating and have no idea how it would work out. That’s for the arbitrator to decide after we state our case. Also how about making legacy pay as an FO (also complete speculation) so commuting to upgrade doesn’t become as important.

Of course i agree with your point that it should be POSSIBLE in the JCBA, even if its not probable.

Trade to zero is actually pretty good language. It shouldn’t be tied to a grid or domicile. Combine your drop to zero then take away the grid and trade down once the grid turns red. As long as the trips covered company shouldn’t care.

Obviously you’d be able to trade to zero if you can drop to zero. We have that at spirit already

your drop to zero is grid dependent no? Never mind I see what your saying. You can trade to zero if the grid becomes an issue already correct?

Is JetBlue’s trade board required be at a minimum threshold prior to swaps and drops? At Spirit, minimum 70% of our days must be green prior to the first round of swapping/dropping…

f9 is not. There’s zero restrictions on our trade board. None. Not sure about b6? That’s trade board I think you might be talking opentime? Never heard of a trade board restriction.
