I can definitely see those greedy shareholders, me included, being enticed by that $30/share valuation. I wonder what Frontier will do to respond?

Agree. Less competition in the ULCC market if we are painted blue. Bigger company if we are painted green. Win-win for F9. Only ones sweating are the 5 board members, because I highly doubt those seats come in blue.

Im sorry, but a little guy(retail investor) really has no say. Its BlackRock and Vanguard calling the shots. They own every airline in the US. They will be the decision makers here. I do find it funny that the one airline that BlackRock and Vanguard dont have a major stake in is..... Frontier. If they want a piece in F9 allowing them to be the largest shareholder of every single airline giving them so much power over the industry, then they will do just that. I guess we'll know what the true owners of this planet want June 10th. If any of you dont know what BlackRock and Vanguard own, take some time to look it up. Name a company, any company... they are the largest shareholders of all of those. Apple, Google, FB, all the airlines i can go on and on LOL

If im a betting man... BlackRock and Vanguard vote for F9 June 10th

That's cute that you think Blackrock and Vanguard even give two poops about what % stake they have in each airline.

Uh... the name of the game in todays world is power and control. BlackRock alone is a $10T fund. Its about consolidating and owning everything you can. Thats the name of todays game. Sorry, you dont understand that. Do you even know anything about BlackRock and their public statements over the last decade?? To them, its more valuable to OWN everything, not make a quick buck. Understand the world my friend, the world is being consolidated for control, not for money, They already have all the money! hahah

Also their is one more MAJOR shareholder that will definitely vote in favor of the NK/F9 deal. Us peasants only have 35% of the vote. If I was a betting man JetBlue will not be stopping this thing, and they will be crying in their corner come June 11th.

So, why wouldn't BlackRock just take the 30 to $33 a share, make a bunch of money, and then sell a tiny portion of it to buy little old Frontier???

Or did they not already own Frontier because they didn't see it as a good investment???
