Your seniority number is only as good as the work rules in the JCBA. Loosing 5% relative seniority with strong work rules provides better QOL than gaining 5% with average work rules.

The JCBA is the priority and the focus, not the ISL.

Drop to 0 must stay!

Completely agree with you. Strong work rules, including reserve rules is what we'll need to be after in the JCBA.

And yes...I see it says "loosing." So ill correct myself that it should clearly say "losing," but cant edit.

As a JetBlue pilot this is one of your most attractive work rules to our pilot group. I think you will have enough support on our side of the JCBA to keep this.
