Well the good news is the only way is UP now, lol.
I'd like a happy medium between rates & work rules. Buddy of mine says 11 days off, 75hrs is pretty standard.
Sadly, I'm at 11 days off to get my credit up. I guess the silver lining is we have the ability to move our schedule around And drop stuff but that's about all we have at this point...........
AAs CA rates aren't all that impressive compared to ours given the environment our current contract was negotiated in but Jesus Ch-st our F/Os are officially the most embaressing part of working here

*I just picked a random base/equipment pair: the March lines for DCA 320 guys average 16.5 days off and 78 hours. I'm a 190 guy in PHL, and our March average is 15.9 days off and 80 hours.
