Glad we are on the same page. No to involuntary junior assignments and obviously no to PBS. I'm never giving this place more control over my life.

Gonnsen was never in the training department. You insinuate that he would sell all of us down the river for a spot in the training department? Way to go ace, 'cept he wasn't in the training department! Your message seems to be, if you're a union volunteer you're out to get me.

Who is lemondade? Sounds like a guy in ACY. im pretty new here but I think I know him. He's one of those people who want things to be perfect and who gets frustrated by corruption when it shows its head.

Can't we all get along here? I want to come to work and see smiling faces. This is the best flying job I ever had and we need to all get along.

Mr Lemonade. please help make this the best place to work!

To everyone else. Thanks for helping out on this awsome Spirit of NKS topic. The information has bees awsome for us wannabees and now noobs. THANKS

I think Lemonade needs to file a grievance. I would if I were him...

Im sorry but I have to mention how funny something is....

A certain new forum poster, "KiwiFlyGirl", started a thread asking if other airlines are allowed to pick up open time out of base. Everyone knows who she is, and so hypocritical how anti DOT pickups some are in FLL when it comes to pilots picking up DOT in FLL, when based in other bases.

Not to mention when these senior Mama's and Daddies pick up trips out of FLL. There was a M.R. sighting on a DFW opentime pickup earlier in the month.

Thanks to all who are combating corruption.
Our corrupt congress, sold out to "special interest groups", does not work for us, and cannot get anything done!

It takes action to enjoy the fruits of a great, smiley work environment.

Not sure of the logistics, but I heard it had to do with DOT trips that exist within 48 hours can only be picked up by a pilot that is based in the base the trip originates from.. That's all I've heard about it..

Do you think it could have something to do with in-base pilots on the Standing Availability List per 25 g.2.a.(4) from "Group A" not getting the opportunity to fly open time before pilots from 25 g.2.b.(4) "Group B" are awarded the open trip?

That situation looks like it would have merit, if a Group A pilot with AVL in FLICA had documentation to show evidence of a trip awarded to a Group B pilot on that date.
