The long overnight has a good hotel with lots of food and drink nearby. Winking Lizard is next door to the hotel and has great wings.

No, he is just being an a55 clown.
I am sure he thinks he can do a better job, or some 3 yr capt from some regional.
If you want to set negotiations back several years, go ahead and see what happens when you get someone in there that hasn't dealt with this management before.
