We still have pilots in scheduling helping out after the company would not match our contract demands?!?!? WTH! The moment management didn't agree to the demands of the contract offer should be the moment we stop offering extra help.

At Delta, there is a duty pilot in OCC that handles immediate pilot pilot concerns/problems and is a direct conduit to mgmt for issues that are above and beyond the FOM.

There is NEVER a pilot assigned to scheduling to call pilots and ask them to come in to work on days off. That is the scheduling/crew tracking department function.

Is it just a coincidence that it was an instructor answering the phone? If instructors are undermining the contract, or the spirit of the contract to maintain a premium pay position that must be stopped.

What surprises me is how surprise are our new pilots (2012 and newer) with the things and how creative and deceptive our managment is. I say, wait until we get the real taste of things as August 1st approaches.

YOU CAN NOT HELP AND EXPECT SOMETHING IN RETURN HERE.

I have nothing to add. This just keeps us on the first page of "Delta Pilot Central"...

It will be a grand old time on here: an outpouring of impotent rage and emotional chest beating, followed by a 75% ratification.

If that happens you will see large numbers of pilot attrition. Also followed by 1500 hour new hires.
