I just have a simple question. I am not pessimistic, but wonder what would be the advantage for Spirit to even come up with a TA ?
They find plenty of pilots who still want to come here. They got away with paying a 3k, 7k bonus last time, after 4 years of negotiation. Why would they rush and get a TA so quickly ? They still have a few years before we might see some people leave for better pasture.
