Let me add, because everyone's experience is a little different.

Hard Line.
17-19 days off, 85-95 hours credit
Excellent commuter policy, two flights. N/A for me.
Layover hotels are excellent, not long enough.
No sked issues. Junior Man if you want it, I've had no problem with skeds.
Really enjoy the culture, never had an issue with the CP. I know them, great people, but my overriding philosophy is to not get hassled, so I follow the rules, don't do anything dumb, dangerous, or different and I've never had a problem.

I've been here 2+ years, I get transition conflicts, usually my top 10 choices for bid, and am sitting in the top 1/4 in base. It's been a great ride so far.

Really? 17 days off / 85 hours? (low side of your experience)
Thats over 6 hours / day in a 31 day month. You must be getting a heck of a transition monthly, or you're bidding from a different package than I am.

If you don't live in base, you really can't make money, It's just the way the pairings (min day/ trip averaging) are built. Precisely why I will never understand why guys here have such a Hard-on for 150% open time pick up. Our energy should be spent on making a solid hourly rate, with a DC plan so we can all make good money on 72 hours.

My problem with the 150% is that it was given away by a bunch of socialists. In return for that, we got the pay scale you see on your paycheck twice a month. Had they gotten something of substance I think people would be happy with no 150%

If I were a manager and read Lobaeux's post, I'd think you were getting a pretty good deal.

Just get "FlicaFlac" from one of the DFW or LAS guys, it's great. You pick what days you want, min acceptable credit on those dates, preferred destinations, and FlicaFlac automatically snags whatever fits those parameters. If you aren't doing Daily Opentime from your swimming pool, you definitely aren't doing it right.

Yep! Transition. 20 days off this month, 87 hours of credit. Not every month, but I average about 17 days a month, around 85 hours.

Standard FLL bidding. It very much helps to live in base.

Pretty good considering the FLL avg line credit has been setting around 74 hours.
