There's no way to know how to vote until there's an agreement to vote upon. Once that's on the table, vote any way you want. But do it from an informed position; not from one of ignorance.

I think the 3 day meeting coming up is just a formality to work out minor details, they probably have a TA ready to be drafted. We need it, the company needs it and the stock needs it. I'm optimistic that it's going to be a decent deal, in other words "an offer we can't refuse" (the don)....Just speculation thats all.
