If you remember when mngmt. stole our 4 days? I would hate to trade QOL so a few could have their special deals with skeds go on supervised. I can understand why a select few Wheeler dealers are upset, but a union represents the will of the majority.
FWIW: My friends and family at, Delta, American, SWA, FedEx, JetBlue, United, and USAirways all think we have a great QOL contract with good pay under the past decade of circumstances.
RAM, you have 18 days off in September and will pull down 12k.... I almost (key word: Almost) feel sorry for you.

Another question, what, once a new MEC is established, assuming what happens after a successful recall, what are we ready to GIVE UP TO GET 150% BACK? What do I want to give up to get that back?
Or is this friendly mgnt gonna to give it to us!

I haven't heard ONE person say they would give up the "FIVE...whoops, I mean FOUR days off" language in exchange for 150% premium pay. That's absurd and simply not true.
The folks implying that are using it as a scare tactic to drum up support for the "anti-recall" base.
It's the same scare tactic that most of us heard last week: "But...but...if FH is recalled, I hear that Matt N. automatically takes his position because he finished runner-up in the last local election. Isn't that true?" Again, simply not true and meant to stir up even more anger, maybe even the "anti-Herb" anger that STILL exist at this joint even though he's resigned!
Quit spreading these "preposterous, outrageous, and heinous" accusations (a Johnny Cochran reference).
You guys are smarter than that.

The 4/5 day off issue has historically proven to be of great importance to our pilot group, and we all know that. But this recall effort is a sham and without merit.
Recalling Frank will only serve the blood lust of a small minority of people who want their special deals back. By the way, anyone using scare tactics in support of Frank is only fighting fire with fire. Doesn't matter, it will fail anyway. I won't be there, but I have a friend taking in my proxy. If you can't attend then please ask around so you can get your proxy in.
The infighting has to end. We need to stand together to protect what we have, because there absolutely will be challenges and plays for concessions from management. It doesn't matter if you voted yes or no, the vote is over and it is our CBA.
