I just completed my app online today.. Anyone have any idea what HR wants times wise?

I heard of 4000 tt, over 1000 jet pic , 320 type preferred, but not 100% sure. Good luck.

It is a mix. Ideally it is what Sailor said above. They have called people with zero jet pic but high jet sic times. They have also called corporate guys with a good amount of jet pic but zero 121 time. I want to say the 4k TT is a minimum. But at the end what matters is who is pushing your case. I was finally able to get a buddy of mine an interview. Btw I am a nobody here. He has some 6k TT and 3k Jet PIC most of his time is 121. It took me some effort to get him a call. I understood why once I was able to take a peak at the computer screen of the person who helped me. It took us a good 5 min to just find my email. It was already several pages down and nobody even looked at it. Once I had him actually read the letter and his times he got a call within a week. So someone in house must actively attend to your case.

Thank you guys for the Time/Info! I dunno anyone who can push my case.. but, persevere!! Gonna keep updating my app, maybe the pilot shortage can help my case this year!!!! LMAO

Yep Normann is right. From what I was told by one of the interviewer, they are looking mostly at 6-7000 TT. A regional background is preferred. He doesn't like cargo nor corporate.
