Not yet, but I reserve the right. The point is, if the grape man doesn't want to wear the ribbon that's fine by me. D-bags complaining about not wearing the ribbon are far more divisive than not wearing it in the first place. In short, while I disagree with grape's decision not to wear the ribbon, I will defend to the death his right to do so.

We are negotiating a collectively bargained agreement, as you of all people well know. "Individuality," when it comes to signs of unity, left the building 15 months ago.
Divisive acts to get some to show the unity is sometimes needed. I don't care if they even truly support the MEC or NC, they (we) all lost the right of individual methodology when we signed up to work for a closed shop.
Divisive are not the ones who call out those not showing unity with the group, divisive are those refusing to show said unity, for no other reason that they are either a manangemt stooge or just a pain in the rear.

Individuality will be expressed whether you vote yes or no on a future TA. Then display your displeasure if need be.
Or call your rep.
