I know. Believe me, it's the crews here that keep me sane. Great great bunch of guys/gals. Just very frustrating that management keeps showing up to the table completely unprepared and uninterested.

And we're all right there with you. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint (not by choice), the more we unify the more we paint them into a corner. It may not be on our timeframe but regardless of they're blatant disregard for recognizing they're most important employee group, we will eventually get what we deserve. Stay professional, treat the pax great and burn lots of gas...if it gets to be too much for you bail out... I'm a five year captain waiting for the first legacy to call so I can write a resignation letter telling Jyri and Bendo that if I did my job as poorly as they do they're jobs I'd bend metal on every leg.

It's sad because we can't afford a marathon here when we're making 50-70% less than our peers.. Everyday this drags on the pilot group loses millions and we hand it directly to the shareholders, board members, and our exemplary management buffoons..

You're right but that doesn't mean I'm going to vote for nominal increases just to get a deal done sooner and then be locked into it for 10 years when the legacies will have $300+ narrow body captains.
