If that is what your implying, continue, your theories are comical. This isn't the time for us to go "Rouge" and attempt to strong arm the NC for demands, we are a year past the amendable date, you honestly think they would have it finished by now? That's as delusional as a change.org petition working for us. If we get to year three and everything is stalled then we can add pressure but this isn't putting pressure on the NC, this is creating a sideshow that lets the company show the arbitrator we are dysfunctional ****s who can't get our **** together. I have more years in NMB negotiations than most retired at a legacy and believe me or not, this is not proactive.

Abby, this is directed at you. Please substantiate your evaluation of Bendo's tactical history with unions.

See his history at Frontier/Republic, Compass, Comair, and most important the August 2005 NWA Mechanics strike.

Thanks. I did not know his history.
It's demoralizing on many levels. How does someone enjoy such positions of effect and leadership, and the education associated with those positions, arrive at his current level of inarticulate, slow witted, doltish capacity to fulfill ANY position. He probably hangs out and plays checkers with our old Dasburger. The wake he has left makes me question this place more than any other data out there. Or alternatively, that we could all outpace him mentally and we just need to step up and recognize we're smarter than this boorish thug on the other side of the negotiation table.

The above is a good read and a wake up call to all pilots here! We need a unified pilot group, period!
Looks like Bendo maintained an upper management position with NWA in 2005. He helped divide the AMFA. The only airline he helped build is Compass. He hasn't done a thing to improve employee morale here at Spirit. He thinks he'll get a cost neutral deal with us like he did with the FA's, actually I've heard it was cost positive in his favor.
