Some people on here will swear the company said they were aiming for an 1800 pilot list when in reality it was a mid level manager with zero idea of what was actually going on. I get that we have people who don't yet understand managements nonsense but every other word from them for the rest of your career will be a lie. See above. Unless there's some fuzzy math, it's 40 new hires. How does that equal 150 before year end?

I'd be surprised if it's 150 new hires counting the Dec 5/12 class and whatever January holds.
