My era it was 70-80%, as well as after.

Agreed. We’re not anywhere near running out of “good candidates”. At least as defined by previous trends anyway.

All he’s wanted to do since high school is fly for United. I would have placed my own seniority number down as collateral on his success at United. He too got the big thumbs down.

I can’t make heads or tails of it.

When you say you helped them, did you support them as they hired professionals or did YOU decide to be the prep company?
