Interesting. Wonder if they got it as a result. Did anyone get the hogan but not the email following the event ? Not the survey request but the one explaining the process to come

One guy for sure got the follow up email and then the Hogan a few hours later.

So for those of us still waiting on the initial “be patient email” is hope fading fast for us? My one on one went very well, hoping the hr team is just swamped.

I’m just going to use some numbers for example. United is looking to fill spots for next 6 months. HR invited 600 of us to the two day event. We were told we are the ones they want. 600 candidates over 6 months. That’s 25 a week, 100 a month, 600 in 6 months.
I heard “be patient” over and over at the expo. I know it’s difficult. |

ALL training center rumors are suspect, but they actually seem to be planning for this scenerio. All subject to change, of course, at the next daily long-term planning meeting. |
The closer your number is to 600, the more difficult it will be and the more patience it will require.

Actually 550 showed. Bare in mind people will fail hogan, let’s say 20% (don’t wish that on anyone btw but being realistic from what I’ve heard). Now you’re at 440. Some may go elsewhere before or after interview (hr has to account for that possibility), then is say you’re down to about 300 and that’s assuming everyone did well.

Got the "welcome to the selection process" email today but no Hogan email yet. I attended the job fair, civilian with around 5500 hrs.

For those of us (or probably just me...) who didn't receive a Hogan invite by now, should we lose all hope? I wonder if there will be a TBNT at all?

Someone said at the job fair the first week of October is when it’ll start and the one email did say over the next several weeks. I wonder if there’s some alphabetical sorting? My last name is S.

My guess is Hogans go out in rank order of the 600 applicants and their availability.
