We still don't know who is in charge of the negotiating committee.

We don't know who authorized what, and to what extent?

We don't know what they are arguing about because just about everything they do is in executive session. A shame really that the Master Chairman is over-using executive session.

these attempts to undermine our union leadership, who thus far have pretty incredible records of fighting for us, is very suspect.

You may not like the idea of reducing mpg by 10 to 18% to try and save jobs, but to say anything of TI‘s character seems far more divisive than this complex furlough mitigation.

kind of makes me feel like your motivations are not purely about this TA

“What did the president know and when did he know it?”

In honor of that let’s start calling this “TA-Gate”. There have to be some secret tapes......somewhere.....of the NC and MEC trying to screw us all !!!!!

That's the point at all. My major concern is that I don't get straight answers when I speak to different reps about the actual negotiations.

4 different reps so far, and 4 different stories.

I want to know who is lying and why. The executive session BS was (in my opinion) over used. Therefore, communications have not been transparent.

To assert otherwise is disillusion.

what has TI done prior to this TA that people feel is not on the up-and-up? Killing time on transcons I’ve heard a lot of stories, never heard anything negative about TI.

Biggun, if your intentions and misgivings are as pure as you state, why didn’t you relay the differing stories?

Yep, I’m the enemy here. Without me, you take a serious hit to your pay and QOL....I get it.

Sure, your path promotes QOL. Dropping the bottom 1/3 will have no affect on the middle 1/3 whatsoever... hello reserve, weekends, unwanted trips, leftover vacations, displacements, etc. Delusional.

OK, OK, everybody. Relax.

Let's take a few minutes and discuss thoughts on who make better 121 airline pilots:

Civilian or military background.

Go!!
