I think one of the parties has to notify the other if they wish to terminate it.

"This Letter of Agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall continue in effect until the effective date of a written notice of termination served upon the other party no less than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date, except that the Association may only terminate this Letter of Agreement effective no earlier than the day after the last day of the December 2022 Bid Period."

Probably in November? The extra pay was only good until the end of June and beginning in the November bid we will no longer have any unvaccinated pilots.

Calling a drug experimental doesn't make it so. The day it received emergency authorization it stopped being experimental, no matter what you say. You don't have to be signed up for a trial to take it = not experimental.
We don't control other countries and they are going to require vaccination records/passports. Turning off social media doesn't affect other countries and the policies they have. For a company that generates as much revenue from international travel, I'd think you would want a pathway to re-capture that market share when it is available.
I never said 20 years, but more than a few months would be nice. It received emergency authorization to bypass the typical way a new vaccine gets approved. That’s fancy terminology for what would otherwise still be experimental.

This affects every pilot, including the most bold pro-vax guinea pig. Do you like money? Would you appreciate compensation for efforts on your days off? Like career and medical protections? Want limits on what may be required and who is allowed to approve or mandate it, and when? I can't imagine this is only 10%.
Do you work for UAL?

Just curious, does United require the yellow fever vaccine to fly to certain destinations?

Yes. I don't know if it just started or has been in place for a while though.

That's a valid point if the contract is silent on it. Some contracts do have (deliberately?) vague references to "necessary" company requirements which may develop... basically a catch-all for unforeseen circumstances. I've also seen language to the effect of "must meet requirements for entry into foreign countries served by the carrier".

Then there's force majeure clauses.

I suspect this could be widely variable based on any specific nuggets or lack thereof in various CBA's.

Your going to want a protection preventing the company from comparing vaccine date to a flight schedule. Just a thought.
