So is it 2500 or is it 600? I’ve got my class date but I know Hogans haven’t been going out much lately and would like some info for my friends. They are desperate to get off a sinking ship so I think giving them something to cling on is all I can try to do.

from what I hear they slowed down the Hogans to try and catch up on the CJO backlog. There are still a bunch of Nov CJOs awaiting a class date.

If you have been successful in getting CJOs with any legacies, quit fear mongering and help go through their applications and help them fix them or refer them to the services that you used to be successful. Legacies have been pulling from the ULCCs for years. At this point not getting picked up probably less about hiring plans and more about individual applications. Have them hit job fairs, finish four year degrees, fix spelling and formatting errors, get more LORs etc.

FWIW, most people at United are pretty cool. Every airline has its clowns. Thankfully CAirBear and his ilk are a very small minority. He certainly can't cancel your class; he has no real sway and anyone who knows him personally probably recognize his utter lack of credibility.
