Latest says 15 new hires a week through at least March of next year. Then planning will reevaluate. This pace puts us at about 800 hired this year. Lower than the original 1040 they planned to hire. Historically hiring slows way down or stops in the summer months.

I used Centerline, interviewed and CJO in September No sim, just the tech eval. I think it was money well spent, I mean, at the very least it gave me a bit more confidence going into the HR portion. They provided some good input on how to represent myself and such. You'll get out of it what you put into it, it's just nice to practice things like being on the spot and bounce ideas and answers off of a real person. I don't think it's absolutely necessary but it definitely made me feel better going into the interview, I'm sure it's much the same with EC and any one of the others.
