I got a CJO Today, told to expect to start in early January. The Tech Skills assessment has replaced the sim ride and is pretty straightforward. About 30-40 minutes long, you chair fly a leg, briefing the departure and approach, with a straightforward malfunction en route and a divert at the end. It's one on one with a UAL captain. At the end you watch a cockpit CRM video and critique it.
All in all I was there for 2.5 hours.
The guys around my time slot were mostly 121 guys (4/6), only two military transitions.

Upcoming interview.
Besides the "chair fly" flight and CRM discussion, what else is there? Is there a one-on-one TMAAT session, or tell me about yourself, or why United? Separate HR interview?
Thank you for any and all info.

Yes. There is a separate HR interview. I highly recommend interview prep. Cage Marshall, Emerald Coast Interview Consulting, and Centerline all do a great job.

Best of luck, and remember they are very happy to have you there so just try and be yourself and relax. Easier said than done I know.

Hi Guys,
I have an interview coming up on the 29th of this month and I was reading through the guidance documents and it mentions "If you only have electronic documentation for some of your flight time, please be sure to bring original logbooks for any time converted to electronic".
Does this mean they don't want print outs from a digital logbook program? Or simply that any time that was added to the digital program from a paper logbook needs to be backed up by the original paper log book?
Any other enlightening tips on the process are more than welcome!

No, it will be a different pilot. The day I was there, there were three interviewees per time slot and two interview teams of a pilot and HR Rep each, and two pilots to conduct the chair fly session.
