Philosophically, if this is the case, what is even the point of giving any one this test then?

Careful, Loon- you are getting dangerously close to applying logic and reason to the selection process. What's next- abolishing the job fairs?

Well it is just a part of their process. Of the few I know that have started the process a second time, one has failed the Hogan again, and one is moving forward. So for the one moving forword, I would say it's worth it.

I heard the Meet and Greets are no longer being done. Not going to repeat the reason I was told, but that due to that reason, they have been discontinued. Not entirely sure on the truthiness of that information by the way. Just throwing out what I heard, from a pretty reliable source.

That is good news and what I like to hear! Thank you!

Not accurate. Just had a friend in front of a base Chief last week.

Apparently the reason you aren't willing to repeat is because youve been terribly misinformed, the truthfulness of that information was not truthful at all, and your reliable sourse is anything but....sounds to me like someone doesn't want to take somebody in for a meet n greet.

How many of you getting interview invites are taking time to get the sim prep done? And what current gouge is floating around for the interview questions/topics? I've read through this entire thread and haven't found/remember seeing any information pertaining to these two discussion items.

Many thanks.

I think anybody that can find the time to get the sim prep are doing it, based on what I have heard from recent interviewees/hires. I didn't personally get it, I didn't fly so well, but got hired. I'm not sure if they are looking that closely at the flying itself so much as how well you apply the profiles and calls they send you.

As for questions, just find a good list of TMAAT questions and you'll be "in the know." I strongly recommend an interview prep.
