Sonny,
I flew with a guy recently who does interviews part time. He told me that the stack of resumes is ten feet high. He also told me that the top foot of the stack is comprised of astronauts, rocket surgeons, naval aviators capable of defying gravity without an airplane, Mensa members from a small town in Colorado and million hour 121 PIC types. He then told me that the bottom 9 feet is v-e-r-y thin WRT to quals and experience.

While sim prep is a single session, the HR prep is done in multiple sessions, so you will want to give yourself more time to get it done. I am not in DEN, so I am doing initial consult via Skype, followed by an in-person meeting the day before my interview.
There may be more local options depending on where you live, but being short on time, I just locked in what I was aware of as quickly as I could.

If only my airmshipability was on par with my my ability to obfuscate and bullship! My PI's and SC's work hard when I show up. Besides, it took me TWO times to nail the interview. But whats three more years of Turbo-Shaking, one furlough, 7 years on reserve and 2-3000 lost numbers in the big scheme of things?

Tomorrow I will have a conference call with the United hiring team about our job fair in San Francisco. If you have a specific question about United hiring please send me a PM. I will do my best to get all of the questions answered and post the information on APC and our site.
The HR team did send some information about hiring plans for 2014-2015. Visit www.aerocrewsolutions.com/blog/ for the latest information.

When I received the call in late August they offered me an interview date the 3rd week of September. I was not available then and I asked for a slightly later date and she said ....no problem how about the first week of Oct. Perfect! I know you should always take the earliest date...but sometimes things are unavoidable. I interview tomorrow.
